I spent $246 asking to get the second look (ai generated, never got that look) from Anna who said she could do it for $180 initially, and instead my hair was hacked way shorter than I wanted (more of a bob than shoulder length), the color isn't what I wanted at all, and everyone was shocked I would go get my hair done like this. It's not like I wanted an ugly hack job. Now it's impossible to get the look I want because my hair is so short. She gave me bangs but because she cut my hair so short, they look stupid and I have to smooth them back. I hate my life now and feel ugly going anywhere. I did NOT get what I wanted but paid anyway because it's not like I had a choice, and you can't put back hair that you've already sheared off. Forget Ulta and forget Anna for doing this to me. I will never return. Oh, and she did some eyebrow lamination thing for her certification "for free" that I didn't ask for, and now my eyebrows look and feel weird as well. Looked like I had dried stuff on my lashes for a couple days too. Just don't fall into their trap, they suck.

I originally just had a question about the location of a product, and then the lady and I got talking and she ended up giving me lots of advice about wavy hair routines. It was so helpful and I really needed all of her tips. She was so kind and helpful, I feel awful that I forgot her name but shoutout to her!

Veronica @ benefit brow bar is the best!! Super thorough and sweet. I felt pampered and taken care of very well, will definitely be back! Highly recommend to try threading! Comes w nice pore mask for nose, and hydrating eye mask. Was a lovely 15 mins

It is so nice to be able to try all the makeup on you want at the beauty bar! Jitaya was knowledgeable, personable and never got tired of helping both me and my sister. We were there over 3 hours! She recommended products to us, brought testers to us to try and put them back where they belonged so we didn't even have to get up unless we wanted to! The beauty bar has mirrors, (of course) applicators, makeup remover and even a sink when you really need to start over with a clean face. I bought tinted sunscreen, 2 lip stains, a fiber brow gel and a cheek stain. Taylor at the register was efficient and patient and helped place an order for out of stock product to be shipped to my home. It really felt like a luxury experience. I 10 out of 10 recommend. My experience was at the Pocatello store on Yellowstone, March 23, 2026.

I always have a positive experience every time I come here, but I wanted to take the time to leave a review because today was exceptionally great. My skin is very hard to color match during the winter, and Hanna took the time to truly help me. She was patient, friendly, funny, and determined to find a shade that matched my skin — while also staying within a reasonable price range and making sure I was happy overall. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and even recommended additional tips to help my makeup last longer. Because of experiences like this, I will definitely continue being a customer here. Thank you, Hanna!
